Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Fizz (“the service”), a platform for deploying and managing sites on servers you control. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Fizz helps you connect servers, deploy applications, manage domains, TLS, processes, backups, and related operations. During beta, features may change, and the service is provided free of charge.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials, team members you invite, and activity under your account. Keep access credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your servers and content

You retain ownership of your servers, code, domains, and data. You are responsible for the legality of what you host, for backups you care about, and for credentials you store with us (API tokens, provider keys, and similar). Do not use Fizz for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ data without permission, reverse engineer the platform beyond what the law allows, or use the service in a way that could harm infrastructure, users, or third parties.

Beta & pricing

The service is currently free during beta. We may introduce paid plans (including the pricing described on the homepage). We will give reasonable notice before charging for features that are free today. We may suspend or end beta access if needed to operate the service fairly.

Availability & liability

We aim for a reliable product, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fizz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero while the service is free).

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we need to protect the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
